To remember this meal, you will call it “Egyptian Spinach”. It is a leafy green stew, cut into small pieces and prepared in chicken, beef or seafood soup mixed with ground cilantro and fried garlic (we also mix in chopped tomatoes) You can only eat it with Egyptian bread alone or you can have it served with boiled rabbit and vermicelli rice
